Refunds. All products offered by ambicharts are digital products and educational materials. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and refunds are not provided once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues or access problems, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Indicators and tools. Any TradingView indicators or backtesting tools provided are included as a learning aid and gift, not as a guaranteed part of the product. These tools rely on the availability and policies of the TradingView platform and may be modified, restricted, or removed at any time by TradingView.
No refund due to availability. The removal or unavailability of any indicator or tool does not constitute grounds for a refund. Course content, PDFs, and educational materials remain accessible independent of indicator availability.

Data collected: email and TradingView username submitted by users, purchase metadata from the payment processor (no card data stored by ambicharts). This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
